Kenmore Elementary is a Paper Enrollment School. Download and complete the forms below. These forms must be dropped off at our office, please do not email them. If you are unable to download these forms, contact our office to request a paper enrollment packet.

Once these forms are completed, please bring them to our school office beginning March 8, 2021, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m Monday – Friday.
