Baldwin Park Unified School District invites all families, students, staff, and community members to participate in our 2025 Districtwide Feedback Survey.
This survey is designed to gather valuable input on what we are doing well, areas in which we can improve, and what should be prioritized in the upcoming school year. Your feedback will help guide the District’s planning and decision-making as we continue working toward academic excellence, student well-being, and strong community partnerships.
How to participate:
- Click the survey link to complete it on a computer, tablet, or other device
- Scan the attached QR code with your mobile device
- Visit your school or District office for assistance with the survey
Who can take the survey:
- Parents and guardians
- Students
- BPUSD staff
- All members of our community
The survey is available in both English and Spanish. If you need assistance in another language, please contact the District Office at (626) 962-3311.
