Mrs. Garcia

Dear Families,

      My name is Aurora Garcia and I am pleased to be your child’s second-grade teacher.  I adore being in the classroom and helping all my students learn and see their progress.  Second grade is such a fun and exciting year in a child’s development as they become more independent. I believe that every child can learn. 

       I would like to take this time to share with you a little about myself.  I earned my bachelor’s degree at California State University, Los Angeles in Los Angeles.  I have worked for Baldwin Park Unified School District since 2017.   I have worked with different grade levels: fourth grade, fifth grade, and sixth grade as a special education teacher. I look forward to working with you and getting to know you this year!
